Professional journey: Dr. Praveen: Dr. Praveen is a highly skilled trauma, laparoscopic, and general surgeon (MS) with extensive training and experience in a range of surgical specialties. He holds a Diploma in Laparoscopy from the prestigious University of Strasbourg in France and a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery in General Surgery and Gynecology from AMASI (Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India). Additionally, Dr. Praveen is a Fellow of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo-Surgeons (IAGES) and has received specialized training in laparoscopic surgery through SELSI (Society of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of India). He is also a Fellow of the Association of Minimal Access Surgery of India (AMASI). Dr. Praveen’s career has been marked by his commitment to excellence in surgery, having worked at C F Hospital, Oddanchatram, a high-volume surgical center. There, he performed numerous complex and challenging surgeries, including open, trauma, laparoscopic, and gynecological procedures. His vast experience in handling both routine and high-stakes surgeries has earned him a reputation for surgical precision and compassionate care.Currently, Dr. Praveen continues to serve the community in and around Oddanchatram through C F Hospital, where he remains dedicated to offering advanced surgical care to patients in need. In addition to his surgical expertise, Dr. Praveen is also a member of the Asian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and the Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine (USA), an organization dedicated to the reversal of chronic diseases through lifestyle medicine.
